I went to Pasar Muara Karang (traditional market) with my mom. While my outfit was so inappropriate, then carrying a big camera, people thought I’m a foreigner.

And they have some of shops that sell clothes too! I found a great jacket & a cardigan there. The Jacket is so neat & the cutting fit my body very well. And it’s only cost Rp. 180.000,-

Bracelets

Bangle and leather buckle. I like the handmade painting on the bangle. But what I love the most is the leather buckle! Give me some ‘masculine feel’ when I wear it.

Bali Dresses

These are another purchases I bought besides the swim suit. I don’t know the exact address, but the shop is right across Pepper Lunch and beside the Nila Kandi at Kuta Square. It is a ‘pasar’ shop, there is no door and air-con, but you can try the dress and bargain the prices!

I bought three dresses. Two are from batik fabric. The other one is plain in navy blue. The last one is the best buy! When I try it, it looks so elegant and beautiful. And I pay Rp. 190.000,- for three dresses. It’s so cheap. ^^

Vilia suggest me to wear the navy blue dress with gold accessories. And sure I’ll do! It is very stunning dress.

 

Chic & Cheap Swim Suit

Vilia and I arrived on 19th September in Bali at about 8 pm. So we just stay at the hotel and have a good rest. Then we go out the second day to buy some things at the supermarket. After that, we decided to look around. Vilia saw a cute bag at the Surfer Girl store, so we went inside. Instead look at the bag, I interested to the swim suits. And I found the swim suit that I want for so long. The fabric is so soft and smooth, not like the one that I already have. And it has a thin pad inside the bra. The blue embroidery flower make the bikini look beautiful.

 

Beside of swim suits, I bought a shorts and a crop pant too.

 

This crop pants has an embroidery flower on the back and Surfer Girl writing on the front. The back pockets are definitely cute!

Shopping for Office Wear Style

Lately I’ve change my style from feminine laid back to pretend-to-be-an-office-worker style. Not too serious one, but a little bit playful. So, I bought a jeans waistcoat and a gray dress from Mango in Plaza Indonesia.

I picked the waistcoat from the first time I saw it. After I bought it, I think I need another waistcoat, a linen or wool one with a classic design.

But not the dress. I underestimated the dress. Usually, Mango’s dress does not fit my body. But the shop-assistant was so nice, she encouraged me to try the dress and serve me so well. Once I tried it, I fall in love instantly.

The waistcoat and the dress make such a compliment for my curvaceous body! The waistcoat elongate my torso and make my waist slimmer. The dress shows my hourglass figure by hugging my waist and hips perfectly. Love them so much.

 

Reason for Buying

I shopped a lot this month. I’ll try to post them all. But now, I want to show my purchases last 2 weeks. Buttons.

I bought them at Toko “Renda” in Plaza Indonesia. Toko “Renda” is a shop that sells stone, gems, sequins, buttons, acrylics, pearls, ribbons, lace, feathers, etc. They can make you accessories too, like necklace, bracelets, tiara, earrings and other accessories. This is the shop where to buy something to grow your creativities.

I bought these buttons after my D.I.Y. project for Fasity.com. I thought they could be handy someday, or just my reason to buy cute things. My favorite is the black button with gold carving. All I’ve got only for Rp.40.000,-!
